Boy I Must Update That Photo

Well, I was looking at my blog (OK it HAS been a long time) and I noticed the photo near the bottom, well if you had looked at the video in the previous post you will have seen me as I was a few months ago. However, now you would hardly recognise me (maybe not a bad thing LOL). I have lost approx 16 pounds in weight by following a High Protien, Low Carbohydrate diet and my face has slimmed down so much it is not true. Must try and get a new photo done so you can see the difference. This is not a new diet but it works for me and I don't feel I am starving myself.
