I told you so.

Like I said, it was blowing a gale last night. All the official parties in Glasgow and Edinburgh were cancelled and the wind was so strong, I now have half my fence missing and 4 ridge tiles are dislodged from the roof. I may well have to call on the insurance for this one. Assuming that I can get a roofing firm to come to my house and not charge the earth. I am sure they will be very busy with a lot worse damage than I have to my roof, but as long as we are still water tight I can wait.
